It all started with a bike ride and a prayer. Back in July 2020 I was biking around my community in Arizona and got the idea to pick someone and circle them in prayer for 30 days with the hope that they would be blessed. After the 30 days, I would usually write them a letter sharing the prayers I said for them over the past month. I would gift them a circle necklace to wear as a reminder that, while they did not even know it, someone was praying for them. It brought me such joy to see their reactions and emotions at the love they received. Many stated they were so filled up and couldn’t fathom that someone would take the extra time to pray for them.
I continued to do this for months and in September 2021 I felt called to do something more. I wanted to encourage people as they were going through tough times. Ultimately, I wanted them to know that they were loved. As I was biking again, I had the idea that I needed to go out and connect directly with people delivering something that would bring them joy. A Women’s Ministry leader at my church then shared with me that she had started to make baskets to bless people but wasn’t sure exactly what to do with them. That is when my vision came together. There would be a Circle of volunteers to make the blessing baskets, pray over them, and then deliver them to people in need of prayer and companionship. It is my prayer that as the basket items are used, God will multiply the blessings that the recipients receive. August 2024, we officially became a 5013C non-profit. So that is where we are today. I welcome you to join me in sharing blessings through Circle On. You will soon see that as we share love, we share Christ.
