First and foremost, you can pray for us and our mission to bless others. Please pray that each person who receives the baskets are filled with love beyond what we as humans can offer to those who are hurting. Second, you can donate money or supplies to the ministry. You will notice the Giving tab at the top of the home screen. There is also a basket in the office of EMC Church where you can leave donated basket items. Click here to find a list of the needed items. Lastly, you can be a part of making and/or delivering the baskets. We currently come together on a quarterly basis and have a “Basket Assembly” meeting. Check the list of upcoming events to see when we will be making baskets next.
It is only through donations by people like you in the form of money or needed basket items that we can continue this valuable and important mission. All the monetary donations made are utilized either to purchase items for the basket mission or to support the minimal administrative costs of this website.
People request baskets by clicking on the Request Basket button on the Get Involved Page of the website. We deliver baskets in the Goodyear, AZ area and reserve the right to decline basket delivery based on location or other circumstances such as lack of inventory. We will never decline prayer requests. Examples of those in need are someone grieving from a loss of a loved one, someone suffering from a chronic illness, or someone who just needs to feel loved.
While our vision and prayers are for God to bless this mission to grow far and wide, we are still just a small local organization. We encourage you to make your own basket and deliver it to your person in need, or better yet, start your own chapter of Circle On in your local area. You can use the Contact Us page to get in touch and we can share resources with you.
As stated above, we are an organization of volunteers with jobs and families. While Circle On is important to each one of us, we run and support this mission in addition to all our other responsibilities. That being said, we love the opportunity to ask God’s blessings upon others so will get back to you as soon as possible; hopefully within a few days of your inquiry.
